Delhi pollution crackdown: Hotspots to be mapped, pending road works get Oct 31 deadline
Ahead of the winter pollution season, district authorities in Delhi have been directed to map pollution hotspots using data from air quality monitoring stations, rather than relying on a fixed, previously identified list of sites.
Officials are required to identify contributors near each hotspot (construction dust, traffic congestion, waste burning, etc.) and prepare agency-specific action timelines.

Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) and CAQM
