1. Who we are

prepliberty.com ("Prep Liberty", "we", "us") is owned and operated by LIBERTYAUTOM WITHPY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, Palakonda, R. Amadalavalasa, Srikakulam 532440, Andhra Pradesh, India. By creating an account or using this website you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

2. The service

Prep Liberty provides digital educational content for UPSC preparation: daily current affairs briefs, explanations of static syllabus topics, daily quizzes, and personal study tools (reading progress, bookmarks, the Vault). Content is delivered entirely online through your account. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password safe. Your account is personal: sharing login credentials, reselling access, or operating multiple accounts to bypass free tier limits is not permitted. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Free and paid plans

The free plan includes reading access and limited features (a capped daily quiz and a capped Vault). The paid plan ("Full Course") costs Rs 99 and grants full access for 30 days from the date of payment. Payments are one time: there is no auto renewal and no recurring charge. When a paid period ends, your account simply returns to the free plan and all your data remains intact. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refunds Policy, including an unconditional 3 day money back guarantee.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, scrape, republish or redistribute our content, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Prep Liberty, including articles, explanations, quiz questions and design, is owned by LIBERTYAUTOM WITHPY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non commercial exam preparation only.

7. Disclaimers

Prep Liberty is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or any government body. We work hard to keep content accurate and current but do not guarantee completeness or freedom from errors, and we do not guarantee any examination outcome. The service is provided "as is"; brief downtime for maintenance or technical reasons can occur.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of LIBERTYAUTOM WITHPY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, features or pricing; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by writing to support@prepliberty.com.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
