1. Who is responsible

prepliberty.com is operated by LIBERTYAUTOM WITHPY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, Palakonda, R. Amadalavalasa, Srikakulam 532440, Andhra Pradesh, India. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use Prep Liberty.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address, display name, and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store the password itself).

Learning activity: which stories you read, quiz attempts and scores, bookmarks, Vault saves and notes, and streak data. This exists to power your dashboard and progress features.

Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive and store only the transaction reference, the plan purchased and its validity period. Your card, UPI or banking details never touch our servers.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) and analytics events via Google Analytics, which uses cookies.

3. How we use it

To operate the service and your account, show your progress, activate paid plans, answer support requests, keep the platform secure, and understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing mail you have not asked for.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run Prep Liberty: Razorpay (payment processing), Google (analytics, and email infrastructure for our support mailbox), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what its function requires. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to measure usage. Blocking analytics cookies in your browser does not affect the service.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask us to show, correct or permanently delete your data at any time by writing to support@prepliberty.com from your registered email address; deletion requests are honoured within 7 days.

7. Children

The service is intended for users preparing for competitive examinations and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
