Cancellation and Refunds

The guarantee

If you purchase the Full Course plan (Rs 99 for 30 days) and do not like it, for any reason at all, tell us within 3 days of the payment and we will refund the full Rs 99. No questions, no conditions, regardless of how much you used in those 3 days.

How to claim

Email support@prepliberty.com from your registered email address within 3 calendar days of the payment, with the Razorpay payment reference from your confirmation. That is all. We process the refund through Razorpay to your original payment method; it typically reflects in 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

After 3 days

Payments older than 3 days are not refundable. Your paid access continues until the end of its 30 day period, and your account then returns to the free plan with all your data intact.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel: plans are one time purchases with no auto renewal and no recurring charges. A plan simply expires at the end of its 30 days unless you choose to purchase again.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same plan, or money was deducted without the plan activating, write to us with the payment reference and we will refund the duplicate or fix the activation, whichever you prefer.
